A simple, repeatable V60 cup with bright sweetness and a clean finish. This recipe uses a forgiving 1:15 ratio, two-pour structure, and a gentle swirl to even the bed—ideal for everyday home brewing with minimal fuss.

Discard rinse water.</li> </ul> <h3>2) Grind & dose</h3> <ul> <li>Grind <strong>20g</strong> coffee to <strong>medium-fine</strong> (like table salt).</li> <li>Add grounds to the filter and tap gently to level.</li> </ul> <h3>3) Bloom (0:00–0:45)</h3> <ul> <li>Start timer. Pour <strong>60ml</strong> (about 3x the coffee weight) to fully wet the grounds.</li> <li>Give the brewer a <strong>gentle swirl</strong> to saturate evenly.</li> <li>Let it bloom until <strong>0:45</strong>.</li> </ul> <h3>4) Main pour (0:45–2:00)</h3> <ul> <li>Slowly pour in circles up to <strong>200ml total</strong> by <strong>1:30</strong>.</li> <li>Pause briefly, then pour up to <strong>300ml total</strong> by <strong>2:00</strong>.</li> </ul> <h3>5) Drawdown & serve (2:00–3:30)</h3> <ul> <li>Let the coffee finish dripping.
