    Step 1: Grind Coffee Coarsely

    Grind 200g of coffee beans to a very coarse consistency - similar to breadcrumbs.

    Step 2: Combine Coffee and Water

    Add ground coffee to jar. Pour room temperature water slowly, stirring to saturate all grounds.

    Step 3: Steep for 12 Hours

    Cover and steep at room temperature for 12 hours, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
