A rich, sweet coffee inspired by Vietnamese ca phe sua da, featuring robust dark roast coffee brewed with French press, sweetened with honey and finished with condensed milk. Perfect for pairing with breakfast pastries or enjoying as an afternoon treat with its bold, caramelized flavors.

    <h2>Brewing Steps</h2> <ol><li><strong>Prepare the honey base</strong>: Add 2 tablespoons of honey to your serving glass and set aside.</li><li><strong>Grind coffee</strong>: Grind 25g of dark roast coffee beans to a coarse consistency.</li><li><strong>Heat water</strong>: Bring water to 200°F (just off boiling).</li><li><strong>Brew coffee</strong>: Add ground coffee to French press, pour hot water over grounds, stir gently, and steep for 4 minutes.</li><li><strong>Press and pour</strong>: Slowly press down the plunger and pour the hot coffee over the honey in your glass.</li><li><strong>Add condensed milk</strong>: Slowly pour 3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk over the back of a spoon to create layers.</li><li><strong>Serve</strong>: Stir to combine all ingredients.
